Hi, my name is John and welcome to my web site. The idea behind this site was initially to remember seven men (in LV827 ) amongst many thousands in WW2 who believed in freedom and peace and paid the ultimate cost. This quest was started after finding that a distant relative of mine was on-board this aircraft when it was lost.

Since starting this site I have included all the crews and some details from 466 Squadron who have lost one or more members. These can be accessed from the links below.
